Can't make quick twitter integration

Was planning to make quick twitter job for queuing posts but unfortunately will have to keep refreshing tokens and follow typical OAuth flow 🥲 Will have to go long route of adding it as a persistent service.\n\n### That reminds me that I still have to improve the flow to add new external services.
